There is a societal view of men being more perverted and horny all the time. In my opinion, we are the same. Not for the latter part though. The feelings may vary. For instance if someone is married or in a serious relationship they won’t check out the male penis of a stranger and feel aroused by it. If someone is single they would do it without the guilt. As I say this I am not ruling out the exceptions. Guilt persists for sometime if we have the norms paved by the society – You are a girl. This is a pervy thing to do. It is gross. You don’t have morals. It is never ending. Apparently if you check out a man’s dick you are a whore! I know. Who made this stupid mind-set? Who set these rules ? Who has the right to judge? Or marriage gives the right to do everything that was sinful if one was single.
Watching the bulges is interesting to some women. It is also about the environment we grow in. In conservative places or families the girls would give a lot of thought before understanding that it is fine if their eyes stopped on a male penis.
